Career in Petroleum Engineering | Amet University

Petroleum is presently one of the main sources of fuel used widely in the world and thus as career students find petroleum engineering as a very attractive and lucrative option. Graduates in Petroleum engineering are called Petroleum Engineers and this domain of engineering deal with the study of production of hydrocarbons such as crude oil and natural gas

Petroleum engineers are usually responsible for the design and development of methods for extracting oil and natural gas from deposits under the Earth’s surface.   5. Evaluate and inspect the production of the petroleum reserve through surveys, testing, and analysis.
